Zuzana is one of the key partners at act MPH advocates and an internationally recognized attorney. She specializes in litigation, arbitration proceedings heard before national, foreign and international bodies.

She has successfully represented domestic and international clients from the private and public sectors in cases involving public liability, EU law, investment protection and damages. Zuzana takes part in international legal teams representing companies and public law entities in international arbitrations conducted under various arbitration rules. Her involvement in compliance projects, M&A transactions and due diligence is always welcome due to her extensive expertise. As part of her legal practice, she also focuses on data protection and the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms.

Zuzana advises on civil law, commercial law, employment law, intellectual property (trademarks, licensing agreements, copyright) and EU law. Her clients include major companies from the construction, transport, manufacturing, distribution and telecommunications sectors.

Zuzana is a member of the Slovak Bar Association and has an additional qualification in European law (LL.M. studies). She completed her studies at the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University (Košice, Slovak Republic) and her studies abroad at the Leiden University (Leiden, the Netherlands) with honours.

She is recognized as an attorney-at-law especially for her excellent results, precision and a strong sense of detail. Zuzana is a lecturer and an active author of articles published in professional media and yearbooks.
