Administrative Law
We provide the clients of our attorney's office (natural persons
and corporate entities) with services in the field of representation
during proceedings before public authorities; regardless of the fact
whether they are state administration authorities or municipal
authorities.
We represent our clients in a wide range of proceedings, which are
regulated by the Administration Procedure and also by specialized
legal regulations, particularly in cadastral proceedings, offence
proceedings as well as in building (construction) proceedings.
Construction (Building) Law
Our attorney's office represents clients – construction
companies, estate agents as well as developers´ companies, carrying
out their business activities throughout the whole Slovak Republic.
We provide these clients with a wide range of services, beginning
with territory and building proceedings, the purchase of land from
natural persons (or from its individual owners), the property
settlement of real estates, as well as the representation of clients
by renting their real estate property and by administrating such
transactions.
International Law
Considering the fact that our clients are corporate entities as
well as natural persons with a registered office or a permanent
address on the territory of European Union as well as outside
European Union, we deal with the monitoring and application of
relationships arising from international treaties (for example the
issue of the double taxation of income in single countries or the
issue of establishing a so called permanent business representation
in one country and its influence on double taxation in other
country, the issue of filing for bankruptcy in any state of the
European Union and its influence on the property of the debtor in
other country) and with the representation of clients in legal
relationships with an international element.
Copyright law
We provide our clients with services and representation in the
field of the enforcement of their rights arising from legal
regulations regulating copyright protection and the rights and
interests of individual persons, who create works protected under
the relevant regulations.
Telecommunication Law
In the field of information technology and telecommunications,
our office provides the following services in particular:
Mergers and acquisitions, realisation of contractual relationships
• complete services for the acquisition of companies, the
establishment of companies, the restructuring and sale of single
parts of companies;
• preparation of the whole transaction documentation;
• providing for and performance of Due Diligence;
• elaboration of contracts for joint companies;
• elaboration of contracts for conversion, license contracts and
contracts with financing institutions.

Commercial Law
When providing services to corporate customers, we focus on
commercial company law, where we provide a wide range of services
focused particularly on the full support of their business interests
for the realization of their business activities.
We provide services to our clients to ensure that all their internal
relationships are fully in compliance with the law applicable in the
Slovak Republic, in compliance with Community Law as well as in
compliance with international treaties under which the Slovak
Republic is regulated.
We provide our clients with services in the cases of mergers and
acquisitions, we professionally treat and provide for so-called due
diligence when our client is interested in acquiring a company.
In the case of mergers and acquisitions, we provide our clients with
services during the negotiation part of the whole process, we advise
or comment on the relevant legal documentation.
Civil Law
We represent our clients in the case of disputes as well as in a
non-dispute agenda. From the point of view of the quality of the
legal services provided, in our office we do not differentiate
whether our client is a natural person or a corporate entity. We
represent Slovak natural persons within the wide range of legal
relationships – in court as well as in arbitration tribunals.
We provide our clients with services particularly in the field of
the elaboration and negotiation of contracts, legal applications,
the settlement of property relationships, property administration,
representation before public administration authorities (state
administration and municipal administration), as well as within the
field of the settlement of joint ownership of persons.
We provide our services to foreign natural persons particularly
during their investments on the territory of the Slovak Republic,
which are usually concern real estate.
Labour Law
In the field of labour law, we provide consultancy services
particularly to employers, who manage their work relationships
according to the Labour Code and other legal labour regulations.
We also, however, provide effective representation for clients –
natural persons in the field of enforcing their rights arising from
legal labour regulations.
Family Law
Within family law, our office generally provides services for our
clients’ divorce proceedings.
Consequently, for the settlement of the ownership of spouses, as
well as for enforcing individual parents’ rights.
